Personal Training Programme

Group Training Programme

Enjoy fun, safe and efficient fitness or pilates class workouts with like-minded people, via Zoom or in person. Interact with the instructor and your fellow classmates while in the group fitness class or afterwards via WhatsApp.

Christina Bohane has over 30 years of personal experience in training and working out and has been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years. Growing up in Finland by the edge of the forest inspired in her a love of fitness and the outdoors.

Just being in better shape makes everyday activities more enjoyable: Taking a measured “little but often” approach, Christina offers exercise plans – for all ages and abilities - to help you achieve your goals even when life itself is hectic, whether its Personal Training, small Group Fitness Classes or Pilates.

Perhaps you would just like to tone up? Christina has a special interest in strength and conditioning. Simple exercises using kettlebells can be the perfect answer if you like to work out in a small space, for example, at home.

We all know the importance of core strength. Even before she was a Personal Trainer, for Christina, who was diagnosed with scoliosis as a teenager, this has been a lifelong passion after her doctor advised: “Build your own corset with muscle and you will be OK”. Each client has different goals, and Christina will help you understand what you can achieve.
