Personal Training Programme

For busy people who want to get HEALTHY | STRONG | LEAN.

Each programme is designed, with a SISU twist, to help you meet your goals and to match your schedule and abilities. You can take part in planning the programmes by flagging your likes, dislikes, current lifestyle etc. I will help you to achieve your own personal best.

Your personal training starts with a health check. I will measure your blood pressure, peak respiratory flow (a measurement of how quickly you can blow air out of your lungs) and help you fill a PARQ (physical activity readiness questionnaire) to make sure that I adapt exercises if needed. I will also take measurements so that we can follow your success.

  • Treat yourself: Forget about planning, counting reps, clearing up weights, loosing interest and focus. This is your session and I am there with a plan and to help motivate you

  • Meet your goals: Whether it is getting more energy whilst pregnant, gaining lean muscle, loosing fat, strengthening your core, learning to run, improving your fitness and confidence or fitting into your clothes after pregnancy - I will help you to break your big goal into smaller steps, then take you through them

  • Be inspired: Bring home your personalised training programme and advice on how to train between personal training sessions despite your busy schedule
